How Flexible is the Schedule?

Steps To Becoming A Strata Manager:

Step 1: Sign up for our Strata Management Licensing Course. Complete twenty assignments and one final exam. Obtain a minimum pass rate of 70%.

Step 2: Research and understand the application process for the Representative, Associate, or Managing Broker Licensing form.

Step 3: Begin to make connections with brokerage companies to find one that is a good fit for you. Your license application needs to be signed by the managing broker of a real estate brokerage in B.C. that is prepared to engage you.

Step 4: Get a criminal record check. This must be completed within the previous 90 days and submitted along with your license application to BCFSA.

Step 5: After completing and passing your Strata Management Licensing Course, apply to BCFSA for licensing by completing the application for Representative, Associate or Managing Broker license form. Alongside this form, you must also submit a: Criminal record check, a copy of your government-issued photo ID and the complete fee.
